Biomass and waste wood- FLEXIBLE SIEBING
The machine is fed by the conveyor belt of the upstream machine (shredder or sorter). The material is transported along the screening line by rotating screen stars. Parts smaller than the separation cut are separated downward into storage boxes. Large parts (oversize particles) are transported via the sieve to the end of the sieve section and separated there.
Depending on the number and configuration of the screen decks in length and star variants, different particle sizes can be produced. The screen perforation increases along the screen section from screen deck to screen deck.
Throughput rates:
- Biomass: up to 80t/h
- Waste wood: up to 100t/h
