Biomass and waste wood- FLEXIBLE SIEBING
The machine is fed via the conveyor belt of the upstream machine (e.g. shredder) or by wheel loader. The hopper doses the screenings evenly onto the downstream screen deck. The material is transported along the screening section by rotating screen stars or screen discs.
Parts smaller than the separation cut are separated downwards onto the discharge belts. Large particles (oversize) are transported via the screen decks to the end of the screening sections, where they are separated onto the respective discharge belt. An optionally available suction unit enables the material to be freed from lightweight materials such as films after screening.
The upper deck can be equipped with an adjustable screen cut. By selecting the operating mode, the machine produces either two or three fractions (screen fraction, medium fraction, oversize fraction).

- Biomass: up to 100t/h
- Waste wood: up to 150t/h
